Precision rifle/Sniper II
Outline: The course is designed for personnel with prior experience with a scoped weapon, and is a combination of classroom theory, practical field and live fire applications. It will give the student shooter a solid foundation of advanced precision rifle/sniper skills.
Prerequisite: Basic/entry level Precision rifle/Sniper course (private, law enforcement, or, military). Prior to taking this course, the student is expected to be able to set up and zero their weapons with minimal supervision.
Introduction: This course picks up where our basic/entry level precision rifle/sniper course ends, and will take a basic precision rifle shooter/sniper/marksman to their next skill set level. After a review of the technical & field-craft elements of basic/entry level precision rifle/sniping, the course will move into advanced sniping techniques by focusing on longer range engagements, as well as field-craft in both urban and rural settings. We’ve designed the challenging course of fire to develop advanced precision rifle/sniper tactics and to provide an opportunity to shoot in scenarios developed to challenge the student sniper’s field-craft & marksmanship skills.
Aim: The goal of this course is to give the successful graduate the necessary tools to be an effective sniper in all conditions from a Law Enforcement or Military perspective.
