Realtor Safety
Between 1982 and 2000 there were over 200 real estate agents killed while being assaulted. Twenty one were murdered in 2000 alone.
Realtor Safety is specifically designed for professionals in the real estate profession. Participants in the course will take a hard look at the threats that are out there and that could be faced. Current safety precautions are explored, reinforced, and new precautions are presented. Situations are presented and solutions are discussed to defuse potentially dangerous situations. Participants are instructed on body positioning and interview stances that are used by Law Enforcement Officers in order to gain reactionary time when a threat presents itself. The final four hours of training are dedicated to simple and easy to learn self defense techniques to deliver stunning blows and escape from various holds. Cost is $400. per person for this 8 hour course
This course may be attended individually when scheduled or it can be scheduled for a specific agency or company (group discount available when booked by Broker for their in-house Realtor staff.)
